2. Use of Services

3. Reservations

Real-Time Availability: Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the restaurant.
Modifications and Cancellations: Reservation changes or cancellations must comply with the individual restaurant’s policies, including any applicable deadlines. These will be displayed at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy: Restaurants may apply fees for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Please review each restaurant’s no-show policy before completing your reservation.
Deposit Fees:

  • Some restaurants may require a deposit fee to secure a reservation.

  • This deposit is set and collected directly by the restaurant, not by Reserve My Table.

  • The deposit may be refundable, depending on the restaurant’s cancellation policy and the timing of your cancellation. Full details will be provided during the booking process.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants listed on Reserve My Table are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their listings, including menus, pricing, opening hours, and other operational details.

  • Honouring all confirmed bookings.

  • Delivering the dining experience as described in their profiles.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information.

  • Harass, abuse, or act in a discriminatory manner toward other users, restaurant staff, or our support team.

6. Payments and Fees

Booking Fees: Reserve My Table does not charge any fees for making standard table reservations.
Deposit Fees:

  • If a restaurant requires a deposit, it will be clearly communicated before you confirm the booking.

  • Reserve My Table does not collect or manage these deposits.

  • The refund policy for deposit fees is solely governed by the restaurant’s terms and will be available during booking.
    Refunds: Refunds are managed by the restaurant in accordance with their policies. Reserve My Table does not process or issue refunds.
    Platform Fees: There are no platform or service fees for standard reservations. Any future premium features or optional services will be clearly disclosed before use.

 

7. Privacy

Your use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other applicable Australian privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Reserve My Table or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Reserve My Table is a booking platform and does not manage restaurant operations or guarantee the quality of service.

  • Errors in restaurant listings, service quality, or dining experiences.

  • Losses, damages, or claims arising from reservations, payments, or customer service issues handled by restaurants.

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of our platform.

10. Service Interruptions

We do our best to ensure uninterrupted access to our website, but we may need to suspend services for maintenance, technical issues, or updates. We are not liable for any temporary disruptions.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
